"Yoga Soft" stands for relaxation, breathing exercises, rest and Yoga Nidra (also called yogic sleep). It helps to relax, to arrive at yourself and to let go inside.
A meditation in motion: body, mind and breath melt into a unity. You glide from one exercise to the next without a break and are completely focused on yourself.
Our yoga classes take place all year round in the new, light-flooded activity room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of the mountains. Depending on the time of year and the weather, we are also happy to do yoga classes in our hotel garden, surrounded by pure alpine air and a stunning mountain view. Treat yourself to a break, concentrate on the essentials and yourself. A yoga holiday in the Zillertal means relaxation, finding yourself, reducing stress and gaining new strength. And for a more intense yoga vacation, we offer special yoga retreats in spring and/or fall...
For our local guests we offer yoga on selected dates in combination with our rich breakfast. At 8:30 a.m. we start with a yoga class. The focus is on conscious bodywork. In summer the units - which are suitable for beginners and advanced - take place in the garden when the weather is nice, otherwise in our new activity room. Our varied breakfast buffet awaits you afterwards.
