Activity programme

Our sports and outdoor activity programme varies from week to week.

Depending on the time of the year and weather conditions we offer guided walks, yoga, tabata, strenght training, aqua fitness, stretching, bike tours, and much more. The programme is mainly run by our professional coaches and sometimes Anni and Gerhard Held invite you to join them for a hike or bike tour. Our interest is to provide activities to recharge, rejuvenate, and revitalise in the Tyrolean mountains.
