After extensive quality controls and a strict Mystery Check Hotel Held Award from the Chamber of Commerce Tyrol with the quality label 4-star SUPERIOR in January 2013..

This award confirms that the property meets the strict requirements of a 4-star superior hotels that are required in the Tyrolean tourism. In addition, the predicate comes for special service quality, convenience and service to the guest.

As a Tyrolean operation, we strive to use local products as healthy as possible in order to offer the best quality to our guests and to strengthen the Tyrolean economy. This year we were honored by the Agricultural Marketing for the sixth time in a row the award "awareness Tirol". A gratitude that we use regularly and consciously healthy local produce and procure from Tyrolean farms.

Information for our guests

Dear guests,

our goal is that you feel comfortable with us, enjoy the time and experience the mountains. Therefore we guarantee you a carefree vacation with the highest hygienic standards as well as our generous cancellation possibilities.

We want you to be able to plan your sommer vacation without any worries and we guarantee you a free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival for bookings for the summer season (until 02.11.). For bookings in the winter season a free cancellation is valid until 21 days before your arrival (except New Year's Eve and Carnival).

Vaccinated - recovered - tested, nothing more stands in the way of your vacation with us. Since 1 July, it is no longer necessary to wear a mask in the hotel! All other valid regulations for your stay can be found here.
