Our different Saunas
Swiss Pine Sauna
At 90 to 95°C our Swiss Pine Sauna gives the classic Finnish Sauna an alpine twist. It is built entirely out of Swiss pine wood from the region and treasured for its high temperature and low humidity.
Biosauna
Our Bio-Sauna is the perfect alternative to the hot temperatures of the Finnish sauna. With only 60 °C it encourages detoxification and relaxation, strengthens the immune system, and purifies the skin. It is also suitable for people who have cardiac and circulatory problems.
Log Cabin Sauna
A sauna in the garden made out of logs is our new highlight at the Held-SPA. This Finnish sauna with 90 to 95 °C offers terrific views on the Zillertal mountains. Walk through the snow and dive into the outside mini-pool to reduce body temperatures right after the sauna
Infra-Red Sauna (Physioterm)
Physiotherm Infra-Red Saunas have a strong stand in Austria and are very popular because they support deep warming with temperatures of only 30°C.
Our steam baths
Salt Steam
At 40 to 45 °C our salt steam works miracles on the respiratory system and muscles and brings deep relaxation. The high salt content cleanses pores and significantly redues stress. Leave our salt steam with the glow of a natural beauty.
Roman Steam
At 42 to 47 °C our Roman steam helps release stiff muscles with high air humidity.
Herbal Steam
We took our very own herbal garden as an inspiration for the herbal steam. Temperatures between 40 and 45 °C and high humidity promote the cleansing of lungs and provide a moisture surge for your skin. Inhale mint, sage, lavender, and more as you are getting warm.
