Michi's yoga classes are all about recognizing what is good for the body and mind. In her classes, she focuses on adapting the yoga positions to their own body so that each participant experiences the best practice for themselves. An unforgettable weekend full of yoga, relaxation and enjoyment awaits you in the middle of the tyrolean mountains:

- 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.: Breathing exercises & meditation - You can also just come to the yoga session (without meditation)
- 8.30 a.m. - 9.30 a.m.: revitalizing morning yoga
- Afterwards: breakfast After breakfast: leisure & spa use
- Optional guided hike from 11 a.m. (duration approx. 2 hours)

- 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.: Inside Flow (yoga & music)

Note: All sessions are optional. The retreat is equally suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners.
The retreat fee (EUR 170,00 until 01.12.2023 and EUR 220,00 from 02.12.2023 on has to be paid in advance to Michaela Krauss. You will receive further information in your booking confirmation.

Gourmet-three-quarter-board
- Buffet for breakfast with a big selection of organic food, natural products and juice-bar as well as products from local farms and special egg dishes freshly made from our cooks on the buffet
