Kati Mairhofer is a passionate, trained & certified yoga teacher, mental coach, choreographer and sports scientist. In her sessions, the focus is on the human being with all its facets, without restriction or judgment - because when sweating, laughing, exercising, stretching or meditating, we are all the same... Her yoga classes, meditations and coaching sessions change the way you deal with yourself, your own body and your general awareness in a beneficial way. Not only does flexibility have a physical focus here, but also the mind should become more flexible in order to make life more conscious, healthier and happier in the long term....

- 7:30 a.m: Morning Meditation & Vinyasa Yoga in the element fire

- 6:30 p.m: Dinner together
- 8:00 p.m: Restorative Yin & Yoga Nidra
Sunday, 12.01.25
- 7:30 a.m: Walking meditation & slow yoga in the element of water
- Breakfast together
- Closing Circle
- Individual departure
- Spa use possible until 8:00 p.m.
Note: All sessions are optional. The retreat is equally suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners.
The retreat rate is included in the package price.
