The goal of this "Winter Yoga Retreat" is to find total relaxation & peace within yourself and to reach inner freedom at your own pace....
Michi's yoga classes are all about recognizing what is good for your body & mind. In her classes she focuses on adapting the yoga positions to one's own body, so that each participant experiences the optimal practice for him/herself.
You can expect an unforgettable weekend full of yoga, relaxation & enjoyment in the midst of a fairytale winter landscape:

- 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m: Slow Flow to Yin (we start gently and movingly and then move on to Yin Yoga)
- Afterwards: free time
- 5:00 - 6:30 p.m: Mantra Sound Healing with human energetician Susanne (a special kind of sound bath)
- 7:00 p.m: Dinner together

Note: All sessions are optional. The retreat is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners alike.
The retreat fee ((EUR 250,00 until 01.09., EUR 300,00 until 01.11. and EUR 350,00 after 02.11. i is already included in our price, but has to be paid in advance to Michaela Krauss. You will receive further information in your booking confirmation.

Gourmet-three-quarter-board
- Buffet for breakfast with a big selection of organic food, natural products and juice-bar as well as products from local farms and special egg dishes freshly made from our cooks on the buffet
